Store #0245 in Carrollwood (Tampa, Florida) has always been one of my favorite Home Depots. As a General contractor, I shop at this store often, and recently, we have had to rent many tools. Alma Lopez at the tool rental is among the nicest people I’ve ever met. Always helpful, courteous, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with.
Whenever I order online for a project at the Deerwood, Florida, Home Depot location, I am never disappointed. DL4YF51 was very professional and friendly whenever a member or I went to collect.
For the last eight years, I have been shopping for my project materials at Home Depot on Palm Beach Lakes Blvd, West Palm Beach, Florida. Most everybody is pleasant and helpful. Whenever I encounter a problem, the person who steps up and goes to an extra length to help solve the problem is Kevin. He is one of the managers. He was very knowledgeable and worked well with the floor staff and cashiers in a pleasant manner to find a satisfactory solution. Having a manager who cares about customer satisfaction and treats the employees respectfully makes all the difference for us, who are busy trying to get on with our work as soon as possible.
September 8th, 2023, I was in the Courtenay Home Depot. When I couldn’t find the hedge trimmer I was looking for, Sarah T helped me.
She found what I needed in a conscientious and friendly manner. I left there thinking Home Depot was fortunate that Sarah was employed there.
On Saturday, 09/09/23, I went to the Home Depot on Bustleton Ave and picked up some paint. I needed a particular color because I needed my security deposit back after I moved out of my apartment. The gentleman at the paint counter was very patient and on point with the color I needed. Thank you so much!
Leon is an amiable, efficient Home Depot clerk at 55 Weyman Avenue, New Rochelle, NY. When I went to the store on 9/6/2023 to return a Dust Buster car vacuum, the associate assisted me in no time. Further, he took my order for a Ryobi 18V as a replacement car vacuum without delay over the data entry. He then advised me of the likely delivery date. Leon is good at his job.

On Sep 3, I researched Weber BBQs at the North Hill location when a staff member asked me if he could help. Hammad sure did. He asked questions, looked up inventory at Calgary stores, and explained how I might get a further discount if a store had only one item remaining. I was delighted with his listening skills and responses. He was also very polite. Hammad, in training, was a pleasant surprise.
On September 2, 2023, at the Dallas, TX Depot location on 2220 North Coit Road, I received excellent service from Dennis, who helped me purchase a heavy home safe.
He assisted me in researching the right product for my needs and arranged, with the help of another employee, to load the heavy safe into my car.
Dennis went beyond his customer assistance and, with his help, made this purchase a very positive experience.
I shopped at the garden center at the Seattle Lander store on August 28 and had a great experience. The sales agent, Anita, was helpful when I had trouble accessing my Veteran’s discount code. She was patient and courteous with me and my lack of technical skills with my phone. Thank you, Anita! And thank you, Home Depot, for the Veteran’s discount. When on a limited income, every little bit helps!
I was shopping at Woodbury Home Depot Garden Center on 8/30/23. I was trying to figure out how to fit corn stalks in my vehicle. Will took time to shorten the stalks and was most helpful with all my garden questions. He is a Home Depot Excellent Employee!

I want to give Kudos to Kat at the Customer Service Desk in Snohomish, WA. Kat can converse with customers and answer questions with much more than a single-syllable response! She is polite, quite helpful and courteous! She even offered to help me load my “merchandise pick-up” into my car.
The Home Depot Lawnside NJ has the best paint employee around. Sheila is excellent at helping me refinish and repaint some furniture. It looked great, and she spent much time teaching me all the essential steps, from sanding to varnish! Way to go above and beyond, Sheila.

I visited the Home Depot 2727 store in Rochester on Sunday, August 13th, and was helped by employee Caleb. Caleb went above and beyond with his service and his wonderful demeanor. I was purchasing tile samples, and one was missing a bar code – he walked back to get the code and helped me lift the tiles in my cart as they were awkward and heavy. I was at your store at 40 West 23rd Street. I worked with Ricardo. I will report he was very pleasant to work with. I purchased a Pony Tail Plant. I didn’t start my search in your store. I started looking in the Flower district of Manhattan. I went to several stores in the area. At one place, the seller wanted to charge me $45.00. She stated that would be the cost without the pot. Not sure how I was supposed to get my plant home without a pot. Another seller wanted $25.00. His plants did not seem healthy. These little bugs were flying around. I was about to give up until I remembered Home Depot had a plant department. Your plants are wonderful! You have an excellent selection, the plants were healthy, and the staff in that department were so helpful. Lastly, my baby (the plant) was under $20.00. She has since been re-potted and is doing well in her new home. Thank you so much for selling me the plant with the pot. Please keep your plant department. I’ve been a Home Depot fan for years, but this is my first plant purchase from you. I will be back.

My experience at Home Depot this morning was great. A gentleman named James from plumbing came over and asked if we needed help. He helped us find the vanity we were looking for and transported it to the cashier. James and another employee named Reggie put it in my car for me.
